An eight-week practical training on decreasing stress and increasing resilience. The MBSR course is a pathway to greater skill, wisdom, and the ability to meet whatever life brings, offering hope for a way forward that embraces life in all its fullness.

Mindful Parenting A 4 week course in bringing mindfulness to parenting, to support increased connection in our family relationships.
Mindful Communication Fortnightly practice group in the Newcastle area. Practise bringing mindful attention to our communication – combining mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication.
Mindfulness in daily life A 4 week introduction/refresher to mindfulness. In the 1.5 hour long classes we will cover the mindfulness of body, emotions, thoughts and practices to take into daily life. Each week will incorporate teaching, practices and discussion with home practices of 15 minutes daily.
Moving Toward Emotional Balance – Newcastle Learn techniques for self-regulation through movement, breath and relaxation. This six-week series of small group classes (6-10 people) would be well suited to anyone who is interested in increasing their resilience in the face of stress, illness, pain, depression or anxiety.
