Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – Newcastle
An eight-week practical training on decreasing stress and increasing resilience. The MBSR course is a pathway to greater skill, wisdom, and the ability to meet whatever life brings, offering hope for a way forward that embraces life in all its fullness.
A 4 week course, 1.5 hrs weekly with 10-20 mins home practice daily.

Mindful Communication Fortnightly practice group in the Newcastle area. Practise bringing mindful attention to our communication – combining mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication.
Mindfulness in daily life A 4 week introduction/refresher to mindfulness. In the 1.5 hour long classes we will cover the mindfulness of body, emotions, thoughts and practices to take into daily life. Each week will incoporate teaching, practices and discussion with home practices of 15 minutes daily.
