Our relationships are the source of some of our greatest joys and deepest pains in life. In this fortnightly practice group, you’ll learn the key principles and practices of Mindful Communication to strengthen your relationships and improve those that are challenging.

The skills in this class will help you transform your communication habits at the root level, bringing more clarity, ease and connection to your life.
